Deep relaxation in just 45 minutes
Autogenic training is a relaxation method, first published in 1932,which enables you to recharge in the shortest time and feel like you’ve been on vacations. The body can find deep rest and peace through muscular relaxation and passive concentration.
This relaxation session helps to reduce stress, insomnia, lack of focus, performance anxiety, head and back pain and a lot more.
Feel free to join my online classes Mondays at 18:00 o'clock.

What you need for the session is;
- an open mind towards the method
- a good place to rest
- a not too much filled stomach (but also not too hungry)
& the will to repeat the session again ( also for yourself without my guiding)
Autogenic Training: Welcome
Autogenic training can be practiced in any comfortable posture, while keeping eyes closed.
We start with a small guided meditation and after that you get specific instructions to get your body in full relaxation. The session is about 45 min but can be also less if you want to practice it at home or just in your break.
For the online Session you’re gonna need Microsoft teams , a comfortable spot where you can lay and a glas of water.
